The outer shell is constructed from 1000D CORDURA® fabric, a high-tenacity nylon known for exceptional strength, abrasion resistance, and durability. A durable water-repellent finish resists fading and mildew while maintaining a rugged appearance under heavy use.
A dual-layer fiberglass and silicone inner sleeve provides heat resistance up to 1600°F, reducing heat transfer and maintaining integrity under extreme conditions. Nomex® hook-and-loop straps ensure a secure hold even in high-temperature environments.
A metal tri-glide buckle delivers heat-resistant strength and secure tensioning without warping or melting. Its friction-lock design prevents slippage under recoil, vibration, and prolonged firing.
